Speaking On

"Later-life productivity, reinvention, and the power of experience"

Ndidi Kodili-Ukaonu opens the day's programme as the voice that sets the tone and context for what Africa 40/40 stands for — later-life productivity, reinvention, and the power of experience deployed with intent.

With over 22 years in the Nigerian financial industry, Ndidi currently serves as Managing Director and CEO of Parthian Capital Limited, a SEC-licensed asset management and private wealth firm. Her banking career began at the entry level and rose through Commercial, Retail, and Corporate Banking across Lagos and Abuja, including a senior leadership role at Guaranty Trust Pension Managers.

Ndidi is the creator of the Power of Work Performance Framework and the Founder of The Intrapreneur Project — a platform that challenges professionals to think and operate like owners within their organizations. She is a published author of the three-part Intrapreneurial Revolution Series, including The Power of Work: Release Your Game Changer Potential (2024), and has been featured as a speaker at The Platform Nigeria and across major corporate and professional forums.

Her message is consistent: work is not merely a means to income — it is a platform for self-actualization, impact, and legacy. Ndidi holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She is also a co-founder of Africa 40/40.
